RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its labeling.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, but to our services, who will do their utmost to satisfy your request.
Cases of non-refund:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the item sent to themselves instead of you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
